Keyboard layouts for Windows: Latin American Rkgraqvqb.

This layout (which would be called "Rkgraqrq" in English), highly convenient for Usenet regulars, allows touch typists to write directly in ROT13, skipping bothersome conversions.

As its name implies, this layout is identical to the Latin American Extended layout, with the following exceptions:

This layout can be installed on Windows operating systems (2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, 7, 8 and 10) using the Latin American Rkgraqvqb layout installer; it must be noted, however, that it has only been tested on Windows 10 systems.
