Keyboard layouts for Windows: Pan-Iberian ROT13.

This layout, highly convenient for Usenet regulars, allows touch typists to write directly in ROT13, skipping bothersome conversions.

As its name implies, this layout is identical to the Pan-Iberian layout, with the following exceptions:

The layout.

This is the Pan-Iberian ROT13 layout:

[Pan-Iberian ROT13 layout - base mode]

[Pan-Iberian ROT13 layout - Shift key pressed]

[Pan-Iberian ROT13 layout - AltGr key pressed]

[Pan-Iberian ROT13 layout - both Shift and AltGr keys pressed]

ATTENTION: the keystrokes AltGr‑Shift‑S/AltGr‑Shift‑s, AltGr‑Shift‑T/AltGr‑Shift‑t and AltGr‑Shift‑L/AltGr‑Shift‑l are clipped in the last image. These correspond to the smileys ಠ_ಠ (unamused), ಥ﹏ಥ (crying) and ◉_◉ (surprised). Note they all include a space (' ') at the beginning, for the user's convenience.

Version history.

The installer.
